2004/5/1赤レンガ倉庫前の海上に計画された、横浜港に就航するシーバスのための桟橋である。内装も含めすべて造船所での製作となったため、手に入りやすい材料や器具を優先しながら違和感無く海上に置かれるデザインを目指した結果、ほとんど船に近い建造物になっている。
The pier is located in front of the red brick housings which is
one of popular place for tourists. This pier is one of the major
terminal for Seabus link. All parts including interior are
produced in a shipyard. The scheme is to put this pier in the
water naturally by using accessible materials and tools. As a
result of that, this floating architecture almost looks like a
ship.
