自然と住民が「交差する」をコンセプトとした築４０年の集合住宅建替である。微地形を利用し、南側一般住棟と既存緑地帯をはさんでのシルバー棟を配置し、地域住民が自由に通り抜けられるよう、貫通する緑地帯を設けている。各住戸前設けた共用スペースは住民同士の交流を促すことを意図している
It is a reconstruction project of a 40 years old apartment. The
main concept is to make a intersection of nature and residents.
We put a green line all people are able to go through freely by
using the original geography. Common spaces prompt having a
communication between residents.
